Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed for their projects. Pre-existing code, libraries, and tools remain the property of their respective owners.

Payment Terms

• Deposits are required before work begins
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
