A digital solution for local grocery stores (kirana shops):

• Inventory management with barcode scanning
• Customer credit tracking (khata system)
• Order management for deliveries
• Billing system with GST support
• Supplier management and purchase orders

Challenge: Digitizing the traditional kirana shop workflow while keeping the interface simple enough for shopkeepers who aren't tech-savvy.

Project 4: Developer Portfolio & SaaS Platform

Our flagship product — a comprehensive platform we built for our own use and then productized:

Enterprise-grade IoT device management Android app:

• 11 remote commands (lock, ring, locate, kiosk mode, etc.)
• Real-time telemetry (GPS, battery, signal, apps, storage)
• 24/7 foreground service that survives reboots
• Offline queue with exponential backoff retry
• WebRTC voice communication
